WELCOME TO MTG 2025
-
As we prepared for our 2025 gathering we traveled to Portland, Oregon to promote Metanoia at the Portland Tattoo Expo. We had some of our ladies who attended in 2024 join us at there for some fun times and good vibes. We met lots of rad women in Portland and made some great connections.
We also had the pleasure of being featured on Everyday Northwest, a local Oregon news channel. From there we had the opportunity to share the Metanoia mission and invite everyone watching to learn about what we love about being women, mothers, and tattooers!
Being our second year and having some networking under our belt, we were able to build connections with new sponsors. This was super fun and we are stoked to have found people and businesses who support our ladies in tattooing! We are so grateful they want to be a part of the wonderful things we are doing.

We loved that we got to travel and promote our event for 2025. Being on the local news in Portland was especially exciting.
We loved connecting with our attendees and new friends from our event in 2024 via our online chat all throughout the year.
We loved sharing all of the excitement and anticipation with our community as we prepared for the 2025 gathering.
We loved watching our attendees utilize all they learned from our first event and implement those things into their individual tattoo journeys.
We loved the diversity of our seminars and how there was something to serve us in every facet of our business. There was so much we were able to receive that supported this beautiful idea of true growth in our lives as women and tattooers.
We totally loved the FOOD! We love “breaking bread” together and we will always prioritize the quality of provisions for our attendees.
We loved all the cozy and intimate vibes our event had to offer. We had so much opportunity to connect with one another on a deep level and truly establish meaningful friendships.
We love that we got to expand our event from 2 days to 3 days for our second year. This allowed us all more space to breathe, chill and reflect on everything we were learning as well as build out foundations for new friendships and networking opportunities.

This year was full preparation for our very first gathering! It was a whirlwind of networking, building connections and making new friends in an effort reach women in our industry.
Building out the very first Metanoia Tattoo Gathering was beyond humbling, yet insanely gratifying. There were so many unknowns and so many things to prepare for!
The focus this year was utilizing social media to reach women in tattooing as well as start important conversations about why so many of us need transformation in our lives.
Metanoia is about changing the way we think about who we are in this industry…. And how we will choose to move forward.
This was the time that Metanoia: transformation of mind and heart, was finally introduced to women in tattooing.

We loved the collective sigh of relief we all experienced for the very first time, as we entered into this extraordinary, intimate space for women in tattooing.
We loved connecting with one another and sharing our stories… Doing this made us all feel less alone, understood in a new way, for the very first time.
We loved our seminars and our speakers as well as the smaller, intimate breakout sessions where we all got to open up and share.
We loved the after party and letting loose with one another at the end of it all! It was a time of celebration and continued connection.
