MASTERING COLOR & COMPOSITION
Come embark on a full day artistic journey with professional tattooer, mentor, educator, shop owner, and mother, Liz Cook.
In Liz's workshop, we will explore the art of creating stunning compositions tailored for our clients, while also delving into the significant impact of color theory in our designs.
Regardless of your tattooing, skill level, or personal style, you will gain a wealth of knowledge from this engaging workshop.

MASTER THE MIND: GET OUT OF YOUR FEAR
Come and join Ashley Keough, licensed clinical social worker & certified trauma professional along with Maribeth Klaar, mother, tattooer & founder of Metanoia Tattoo Gathering for a full day journey on how to overcome your fear.
Fear of failure. Fear of judgement. Fear of losing yourself… Regardless the fear- it is holding you back and it is blocking your forever dream.
How many times have you wanted to step out and take the leap toward your big idea, that passion of yours, that DREAM? How many times did you start, only to stop again- because you were AFRAID of some unspoken, “imagined” outcome? What has this cycle brought you?
Ashley and Maribeth are beyond excited to work with our attendees on overcoming the fear cycle and providing the necessary tools to overcome fear in all of its weariness.
Maribeth will open up her personal testimony and story of overcoming the fear of the unknown and stepping out into her calling. Her faith, her determination and belief that it is a privilege to hold fear in the palm of her hand… is a beacon of encouragement to whomever is ready to embark on their own journey toward greatness.
Ashley, our in house certified trauma professional, will assist our attendees in uncovering where our fear comes from and provide the necessary expertise and educational tools we can use every single day to keep the fear at bay or cope accordingly, shall it decide to creep its way back into our space.
By the end of this workshop you will transform your thoughts around fear and expose the dream you have for your life. We believe you have the power and the capacity to overcome, take hold, and produce the life you have always been meant to live.

In this break out discussion we refine the definition of success in tattooing.
We all know success is, well, subjective, so…
WE ASK THE HARD QUESTIONS.
Where does your idea of success lie? Who told you what kind of success is significant and meaningful? How have the tattoo industry and your peers shaped your current vision of success and how has this impacted the way you navigate your life and tattoo career?
We will dive deep into to meaning of success and the potential power the term “being successful” might have over you.
In this break out session you will come to define what success is on YOUR terms. You walk away, knowing confidently, that your unique path toward success and your definition of what this means- is the most powerful version of success that exists.
We close out day 3 of our event, retreat style, on the 5 acre coastal property of Maribeth Klaar. Tucked away, high up in the evergreens, and overlooking the ocean- our community goes unveiled as we grow closer in our connection, artistry and break out discussions.

At Metanoia we pride ourselves on serving nutritious food and beverage options.
We will have water, coffee, tea, and assorted alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the event.
For breakfast we have assorted pastries and fruits.
Our venue is located right above a food cart village with some of the best meal options in our little town. From tacos, to Hawaiian, to local seafood fair, we have options suitable for every attendee.
Remember, your food and beverage is included in the purchase of your in person ticket.

We highly recommend that you fly into Portland, Oregon- PDX. The smaller airports can be less reliable when it comes to travel times and delays.
Portland is about a two hour drive to Lincoln City and highly recommend securing a rental vehicle.
